Every experience I've had from ICU to follow up with Doctor Dickinson and his staff has been superb. Aside from it is a hospital, if I were blind I would never know I was in one with how well I've been treated.

Office staff knew I was unable to move easily, so once I got checked in they brought all paperwork to where I was seated, and walked out to me to update me or get any info. Once I was seated they made it so I did not have to move, which is very painful, until I was called back! Everyone was very kind and helpful!

Dr. Dickinson is great! He listened to everything that happened with my injury and resulting hospital stay. Originally I was told I would not have my wound vac reapplied and I would have to wait until home health came later in the day, and I was nervous about that, so I had brought my supplies to just reapply it myself. Instead, he took the time to help me reapply my wound vac, gave me any needed supplies, and showed me tips for making the application process easier. He listened to all my concerns and addressed them, which really helped my anxiety. He prescribed me medications to help with the pain and healing, and I have had tolerable pain with wound vac changes since. He is a wonderful asset to the Piedmont family, and I will be recommending him to anyone in need of trauma or surgery appointments in the future.
